Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee corporate strategy design, planning, and execution.
- Identify key growth areas, process inefficiencies, and transformation opportunities.
- Work closely with executive teams to align operational goals with strategic vision.
- Drive high-impact projects that improve profitability, digital readiness, and scalability.
- Analyse market trends, competitive insights, and performance data to advise leadership.
- Develop and implement change management processes and frameworks.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 8–10 years in strategic roles, with at least 3 years in executive leadership.
- Proven experience in business transformation, corporate strategy, or management consulting.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or similar. MBA preferred.
- A track record of successful project delivery and stakeholder influence.
