As a key figure within the company, you will lead retirement portfolio strategies, advise high-net-worth clients, and ensure the business is aligned with national compliance and pension regulations.
This position is in Gaborone.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all pensions and retirement planning portfolios
- Develop retirement investment strategies and solutions
- Advise corporate and individual clients on pension options
- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and industry standards
- Lead team of analysts and client advisors
- Conduct training on pensions best practices and updates
- Drive business development for retirement planning services
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; professional certifications are advantageous
- 5+ years in pensions, insurance, or retirement fund management
- Exceptional analytical, strategic planning, and leadership skills
- Sound understanding of Botswana’s pension landscape
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder engagement abilities
